Claire is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT and CNHC), NLP Practitioner, and Phlebotomist (CQC Regulated) passionate about empowering ambitious women to boost their energy levels and build resilience so they can pursue their dreams and enjoy more of what they love. Through her business, Nourish to Soar, Claire integrates nutrition, mindset coaching, and diagnostic testing to create personalised, science-driven strategies that foster long-term transformation and renewed confidence.
Emma & Emma
Emma and Emma work as individuals and due to their connection and shared values often come together to work collaboratively. Together, they are dedicated to creating thinking spaces for the people they work with to enable individuals and groups to explore possibilities, analyse and problem solve, evaluate personal values, think strategically, consider options and feel empowered to make changes if needed. They know we all have the potential to work well, live well and be well.
Tina
Tina is a dedicated coach and entrepreneur who draws from her diverse life experiences to guide personal and professional growth. Having faced the challenges of relocating to a new country, she embodies resilience and understands the complexities of change.

How long does the program last?
